How does Home Genie works?

Home Genie is a seamless platform, fully built in English, that allows you to access more than 14 different services for your property needs. Unlike other platforms, Genie has closed deals and fixed prices with all its providers. Prices are set up front, so you don’t need to negotiate individually with each provider. This allows you to book a service with minimum inconvenience. You need to choose the service you are interested in, price and timeframe. After payment, you will receive an email confirming the service and letting you know who will your genie be.

What happens if I book a service and no one shows up?

You will have your money back. Though the price is charged with the booking, the professional is not paid until the service is given. This warranties complete devolution, in case the service is not carried out, or is carried out improperly.


What happens if the service is not carried out as specified?

To know exactly what you should get when booking a service, we invite you to read the specifications on each service. In case of complaint, you should send an email to support@homegenie.es, or get in touch via our chat.


How do I schedule each cleaning? How far out can I schedule my appointments? 

During the booking process, you’ll be prompted to describe your house and preferences for your house cleaning, which you can schedule 40 days in advance. 

If you wish to schedule and pay multiple cleanings to be performed in more than the following 40 days, please contact us at reme@homegenie.es, and we will schedule them for you. 


What happens after I schedule and pay? 

You will first get a confirmation email, stating that we have received your petition and payment.  
After we find your genie, You'll get a second email, giving you the details of the booked service and the appointed date and time. If you need to cancel, change or extend the booked service, reply to the email.
